From 22 to 25 June 2026, the Games4All international capacity-building seminar was held in Mirandela, Portugal, bringing together sports coaches, youth workers and practitioners interested in inclusive and adaptive sport. Participants explored the Games4All Manual, tested adapted traditional games, exchanged feedback and developed practical skills for organising accessible community sport activities for people of different ages and abilities.
The seminar also included workshops on community outreach, event organisation, participant recruitment and the development of national action plans for upcoming pilot activities. Games4All is implemented by ADCS Carvalhais from Portugal, Hate Fighters Network and Educational Center Iskrice from Serbia, and Geo Vibe Lab from Italy. The project promotes inclusive physical activity through adapted traditional European games and is co-funded by the European Union.
