Stand Tall Guidelines

We are happy to present the Guidelines developed within the project “Stand Tall”!

The Guidelines bring together tested and validated content from international pilot activities and provide a structured approach to developing and implementing Healthy Spine exercises and practices. They are designed to support professionals in promoting better posture, preventing musculoskeletal disorders, and improving overall spinal health.

The document is available in multiple languages of the partner countries, ensuring wide accessibility and practical use across different national contexts.

Hate Fighters Network (HFN) from Serbia, together with its partners Fakultet sporta i fizičkog vaspitanja Niš (FSFV), form Serbia, НСА “Васил Левски”, София/National Sports Academy “Vassil Levski”, Bulgaria (NSA) from Bulgaria and Kineziološki fakultet Osijek (KIFOS) from Croatia implements project “Stand Tall: Empowering Youth Through Postural Health” in order to address postural and other related issues among children through development of new Methodologies for professors of physical education and sport coaches. Stand Tall project tends to improve the postural health and well-being of young children by developing and disseminating a practical and accessible exercise methodology, empowering educators and coaches to promote healthy spinal habits. Project will be organized in Serbia, Croatia and Bulgaria from 01.11.2025 to 31.12.2026 and is co-financed by European Union.
